Story : Panwali-Kantha (Shri Triyugi-Narayana Temple) Bugyal

Trek after having a darshan (visit for blessing) of Bhagwan Shri Hari Vishnu in Shri Triyugi-Narayana Temple. As per legend, at this venue, Bhagwan Shri Har Shiva married to Mata Parvati which was witnessed by Bhagwan Shri Hari Vishnu and is thus a popular pilgrimage sites. There is a perpetual fire, that burns in front of the temple (burning since the times of the divine marriage). The temple is also known as Akhand Dhuni temple.

This place offers scenic views of the Char Dham ranges- Kedarnatha Peak, Chaukhambha. The trek to Panwali Kantha Bugyal starts from Triyugi-Narayana village and passes through lush vegetation of rhododendrons, oak and deodar forests.In winter, it is covered with snow.It is also accessible from Ghuttu Village near Ghansali.
