Story : Nag-Tibba (Naga Devata) Summit

Feel the joy of being in lesser Himalayas and witenssing higher Himalayas. Once you complete this trek as your maiden expedition, you will get addicted to the joy of witenessing natural beauties of mountains range and desnse forest.

It is abode of Naga Devta (God of Serpant), from which it borrows the first part of its name; 'Tibba' mean hill or peak in local language. Villagers comes to Naga Devata Temple to offer their prayers to Naga Devta for the protection of their cattle and well being of all.

Nag Tibba is the highest peak in the lower Himalayan range of Uttarakhand. It offers entire Bandarpoonch ranges (Bandarpoonch, Swargarohini, Srikanth, Gangotri, Black Peak, North Kedarnath Peak etc.) of Great Indian Himalayas towards the Yumnotri side, Doon Valley and snow peaked peaks of Chanabang. All trail to the summit are crooked and have dense forest of Oak, Rhododendrons, Cedar and Alpine.
